We have been working with E2E for the past three years. They have already successfully completed five projects with us, varying from overall - factory improvements projects to sample room optimization projects, all of which cover a wide spectrum of specialized focus areas. On the completed
projects, they have merged to achieve CPM (cost per minute) improvements
of 12% - 16%, productivity improvements of 7% to 20%, and SMV improvements of around 13%.
The most significant benefit that STAR has gained by working with E2E is
