SQMS - Smart Quality Management System

SQMS is android based quality monitoring solution with separate modules for in-line and end-line checking. This solution incorporates all aspects of quality with checklists for various systems. Each performed operation can be traced to its faults and persons asked against it for Training Need Analysis of workers.

SQMS Overview

SQMS is a quality monitoring Solution and can be used in following aspects.

Inline Application

Inline application helps perform random inspections on production floor and associate relevant machine/man and operation

End-line Applications

End-line applications are associated with quality checks and provide traceability of each fault to its source

Checklist Incorporation

Android based solution to digitalize routine checks and provide a paperless approach to get real-time status and to reduce time for inspection

How SQMS Works

Inline Inspection:

Inline supervisor scans worker card of any worker randomly and enter faults through the drop down menu on android application. Application allows supervisor to enter number of faults against each worker in an inspection round and then assign color based on number of faults made by each worker i.e. red color representing more than two faults in each round.

End-line Inspection:

End-line supervisor scans the Bundle card on End-line Tab and run a piece wise quality assurance, where each fault is traced back to its source through the system. Rejected and rework pieces are also assigned at this stage.
